Yamaha YXZ 1000 Stock Replacement XGC Lower A-arms - Rear

The Teixeira Tech Yamah YXZ 1000R Trailing Arms have been engineered to add strength and durability without adding unnecessary weight.  The design focused on maximum ground clearance and durability with some visual appeal thrown in.  These trailing arms are constructed with 4130 chromoly sheet metal and utilize internal gussets for an unmatched strength to weight ratio.  To add to the durability of the arms and longevity of the bearings, the largest bearings possible, which are 3/4" wide series, were utilized for the frame mounts and the sway bar links we put into a double shear situation allowing for the use of 5/8" rod ends.  The frame mount bearing carriers are precision machined out of 4130 chromoly at both frame locations that utilize 17-4 stainless steel high misalignment spacers.

• 4130 Chromoly sheet metal box design with internal ribs and gussets for unmatched strength to weight ratio
• 2+ inches of added ground clearance under the shock mount
• 3/4" wide series spherical bearings utilizing 17-4 stainless steel misalignment spacers in a precision machined 4130 bearing carrier
• Full protected CV boot in a-arm valley
• Threaded bungs that are made of stainless steel and end capped so as not to rust or allow debris into the boxed arm
• Sway Bar links included
• Must use +1 Spring Retainer if utilizing stock OEM Fox Shocks from Yamaha.  2 retainers are required and are available from Teixeira Tech.
